Certificate of insurance (COI)
Ask your insurance agent for a current certificate showing your general liability coverage, with Top of the Line Cleaning, Inc. listed as the certificate holder. Agents usually email it as a PDF within a day.
W-9: fill it out online IRS form
Open the IRS form, type your name or business name, tax classification and Social Security or EIN number, then sign and save it as a PDF. A clear photo of a signed paper copy also works.
