This year, we proudly celebrate 27 years of serving Western New York with professional cleaning and janitorial services. What started as a small operation built on hard work and reliability has grown into a company trusted by property managers, facility managers, and businesses across the region.
How It All Started
In Fall 1998, I began working at MMA and was mentored by a leader who recognized my potential. Inspired by their connection to a successful cleaning business, I started offering residential cleaning services, which quickly gained demand. This early success led to the official founding of Top Of The Line Cleaning Inc. in 1999.
At the time, many businesses struggled with inconsistent cleaning, poor communication, and vendors who failed to meet expectations. We saw an opportunity to do things differently, by showing up on time, doing the job right, and standing behind our work.
From the beginning, our focus was never on being the cheapest option. It was on being the most reliable.
Growing With Western New York
Over the years, Western New York has changed, and so has the cleaning industry. New regulations, higher standards, and increased expectations have reshaped what professional cleaning looks like.
